It allows you to upload files up to 300 MB each, because their experience has shown that files larger than that may be difficult for some users to upload and download. Such large files need to be split into smaller segments.

Another provider is fileforge.com, which has file restrictions of 30 MB. A fifth provider is yousendit.com, which also has free and paid services. Its free service provides your own inbox, sent files history and address book, with 100 downloads per file. Its paid service has no ads on your pages, three-day email support, tracked downloads, 200 downloads per file and up to 2GB of files sent for $4.99 a month.
